Delete your account

KUPHA Admin accounts are issued by the Kuwait Pharmaceutical Association to its staff and members; they cannot be created from within the app.

What is deleted

When a request is approved, your account and personal data are deleted: name, email address, phone number, language preference, notification history and any device tokens registered to you.

What is retained

Documents, correspondence and letters created in the course of your work remain the property of the Association as the employing body, and are retained under its record-keeping obligations. Audit records are also retained for legal purposes.

How long it takes

Requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
